Location: Khursid Nagar, Kosli, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 8 hours per day Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

K2 Biofuels is hiring a Receiving & Dispatch Supervisor to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods in our biofuel production unit. We are looking for a responsible and experienced professional with strong organizational and coordination skills, ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and verify incoming materials, inspect quality and quantity, and ensure proper documentation and storage. Plan, organize, and supervise the dispatch of finished goods to customers or storage locations in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain updated records of all inbound and outbound materials, and ensure alignment with inventory levels. Coordinate with loaders, drivers, and other staff for smooth loading/unloading operations. Ensure proper paperwork for receiving and dispatch, including invoices, gate passes, and records of delays or discrepancies. Follow and enforce all safety standards and company procedures during handling and movement of materials.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, dispatch, or warehouse supervision Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and logistics Good communication and coordination skills Hardworking, responsible, and physically fit Immediate joiner preferred
