Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch operations including packing, loading, and documentation of textile goods. Plan and schedule dispatches as per sales orders, delivery timelines, and transport availability. Ensure proper coordination with Production, Sales, and Transport departments for smooth dispatch operations. Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records of dispatched goods in ERP/system. Verify invoices, packing lists, and other dispatch-related documents before shipment. Ensure proper vehicle placement, loading efficiency, and safety of goods during transit. Handle logistics partners, transporters, and resolve dispatch-related issues. Monitor team performance, allocate work, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (E-way bills, GST documentation, etc.). Implement cost-saving measures in dispatch and logistics operations. Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the dispatch area.

Pay: ₹10,286.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
