We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatch & Store Incharge to manage our warehouse and dispatch operations. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining our efficient supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily dispatch and store operations.
Ensure timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per customer orders.
Manage inventory levels and stock movement in the warehouse.
Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure product availability.
Maintain accurate records of stock and dispatch documentation.
Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
Resolve any dispatch or inventory-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals dispatch and store management
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Ability to handle stock records and documentation effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Inventory Management Software).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Education:

Graduate in any field (Preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling pharmaceutical products and managing warehouse safety protocols.

Salary: ?35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Salary is negotiable based on education qualification & experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
