Dispatch & Sales Assistant
to support our Canadian operations team remotely from India.
Role Overview
The Dispatch & Sales Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field crews, and management. This is a high-responsibility role that requires strong organization, fast learning, and the ability to work confidently during Canadian business hours (PST).
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Operations Support
Assist with daily scheduling and dispatch of moving, cleaning, and junk removal crews
Monitor job statuses, crew locations, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with teams in real-time to adjust schedules or resolve issues
Coordinate logistics across multiple service lines and service areas
Ensure all job details, notes, and changes are updated in the CRM
Sales & Customer Support
Assist with sending quotes, contracts, and follow-up messages to prospective customers
Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion rates
Maintain CRM accuracy across sales pipelines, schedules, and customer records
Support the sales team by preparing documents, estimates, and communication drafts
Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, SMS, and internal tools
Administrative Support
Organize and manage documents, spreadsheets, and trackers
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, dispatch performance, and workload
Ensure all tasks, deadlines, and customer promises are logged and completed
Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Experience in dispatching, sales coordination, or administrative roles preferred
Comfortable using CRM software, Google Sheets/Excel, and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Must be available full-time during
PST (Canadian) business hours
Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?31,875.00 per month
