Dispatch & Powder Coating Line Supervisor

to manage production finishing and ensure smooth logistics operations from our Ludhiana plant.

Job description

We are looking for professionals who can manage our powder coating production line as well as dispatch department.

The candidate must have rich knowledge of powder coating and able to handle a team of 10-15 manpower.

Must have basic skills of management and able to handle daily challenges.

I. Key Responsibilities.

? Responsible for Shop floor Safety and 5S.

? Responsible for the performance of a production and continuous

improvement.

? Responsible for product quality and issue resolution.

? Responsible for production planning and execution.

? Responsible for man management and trainings

II. Required Experience

? Experience in Pre-Treatment and Powder coating industries.

? knowledge of all types of powder and its properties.

? Knowledge of Powder coating operations and Equipment's.

? Knowledge of Chemical Titration process.

? Knowledge of quality tools.

? Experience in handling of unionized operators.

? Good manpower management.

? Need good communication skill (written and verbal)

? Should be adaptable to various situation.

? Should be good team player.

? Should possess good leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,626.49 - ?35,000.00 per month
