Dispatch Operator - Feed / Aqua Feed Plant

1-4 years preferred

Qualification:

10th / 12th / Diploma with relevant experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Dispatch Operator

to handle packing, loading, and dispatch activities of finished feed. The role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, and coordination with stores, production, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

dispatch of finished goods

as per delivery schedule Verify

packing, batch number, and weight

before dispatch Coordinate

loading of feed bags

into trucks Prepare and maintain

dispatch documents

(Invoice, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass) Update

dispatch register and stock records

Coordinate with

stores, production, and transporters

Ensure

FIFO / FEFO

practices during dispatch Maintain

cleanliness and safety

in dispatch area Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of

dispatch and warehouse operations

Ability to handle

documents and records

Experience in

feed mill / manufacturing plant

preferred Willingness to work in

shifts

Physically fit for loading supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
