About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline our order dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of garments and fashion products while coordinating closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring all customer orders are processed and shipped on time. Prepare invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and shipment labels. Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for pickup schedules and shipment tracking. Ensure accurate order packing and quality checks before dispatch. Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to avoid stock discrepancies. Maintain dispatch records and update order tracking systems (ERP/Excel/CRM). Communicate with internal teams regarding delivery schedules and customer requirements. Handle any delivery-related issues, delays, or escalations promptly. Ensure compliance with brand packaging standards and dispatch protocols. Support periodic stock audits and warehouse process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain--preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Strong understanding of dispatch procedures and documentation. Good knowledge of courier platforms, shipment tracking, and logistics workflows. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or order management tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fashion, textiles, e-commerce, or retail dispatch operations. Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning.
