Deliver items to customers by verifying and confirming orders.
Maintain accurate inventory by regularly counting and tracking stock.
Arrange transportation and coordinate logistics for timely deliveries.
Ship items by reviewing product details, destination, route, rates, and delivery schedules; selecting and ordering appropriate carriers.
Verify outgoing shipments by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and reporting any discrepancies.
Keep customers updated by sending notifications regarding item availability, shipment dates, delivery methods, and order status; respond to inquiries promptly.
Address issues and follow up by coordinating with relevant departments or field units.
Prioritize and manage incoming calls according to urgency and organizational procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with proven data entry experience.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
