Job Summary:

Pam Elegante is seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Dispatch Officer

to manage the timely and accurate dispatch of tiles and sanitaryware products to customers. The Dispatch Officer will be responsible for verifying orders, arranging materials, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Verification:

Check customer orders against invoices to ensure accuracy. Inspect tiles and sanitaryware products for quality and damage before dispatch.

Delivery Coordination:

Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently based on location, vehicle availability, and urgency. Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure on-time deliveries. Track shipments and provide updates to customers when required.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain records of dispatched goods, returns, and damages. Assist in stock management by updating inventory post-dispatch.

Customer & Team Coordination:

Communicate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies. Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certification is a plus. Prior experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics (preferably in tiles/construction materials). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software). Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.

Work Conditions:

Full-time role based in Pala, Kottayam. May require occasional overtime based on delivery demands.
