Job Summary:

Chocole Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Dispatch Manager to lead and manage its daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in scheduling, coordinating dispatch activities, managing delivery teams, and optimizing logistics processes. This role is key to ensuring timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Management: Oversee daily dispatch operations ensuring timely deliveries

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage shift schedules for delivery staff and ensure smooth coordination

Team Handling: Supervise and support the dispatch team; ensure performance standards are met

Training & Onboarding: Train new delivery personnel and set clear expectations

Performance Monitoring: Track delivery KPIs such as response time, accuracy, and efficiency

Cost Optimization: Plan dispatch routes and explore cost-saving delivery options

Negotiation: Handle coordination and rate negotiation with courier companies or transport vendors

Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery flow

Logistics Support: Step in to resolve issues related to deliveries, driver communication, or last-mile problems

Candidate Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/supply chain roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic reporting

Goal-driven, problem-solver, and a team player

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
