Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all dispatch operations.

- Coordinate with the logistics team and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.

- Schedule and prioritize dispatch activities based on urgency and delivery deadlines.

- Supervise and train dispatch staff.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch operations.

- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

- Prepare and present regular reports on dispatch performance and delivery metrics.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- In-depth knowledge of dispatch and transportation management principles.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards for transportation and dispatch.

- Strong ability to interpret and analyze data related to dispatch operations and delivery performance.

- Proven experience in managing a team and driving performance improvements in dispatch operations.

- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
