Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all dispatch operations for timely deliveries across Maharashtra. Supervise loading, packaging, and shipment of finished goods. Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for dispatch scheduling. Ensure proper documentation for every shipment (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, etc.). Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or transport issues promptly. Maintain dispatch logs, records, and MIS reports. Monitor and optimize dispatch costs while ensuring quality and timeliness. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during handling and transportation. Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align dispatch priorities.

Key Skills & Requirements

:

Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics management. Strong understanding of delivery coordination across Maharashtra. Industry background in doors manufacturing, real estate, or product manufacturing is preferred. Good command over dispatch documentation and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and tracking. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with transport networks and local regulations is a plus.
