Develop dispatch strategies and align with production and sales plans.
Ensure timely delivery of Angles, Channels, and structural products to customers.
Monitor logistics cost, vehicle utilization, and turnaround time.
Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for readiness of material.
Maintain relationships with transporters, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e-way bills, excise, GST, RTO norms).
Monitor and review dispatch KPIs (delivery accuracy, turnaround, customer complaints).
Lead and mentor dispatch team members.
