Plan and schedule daily dispatch activities as per delivery commitments
Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading of materials
Coordinate with production, stores, and transporters for smooth dispatch operations
Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport receipts
Maintain dispatch records and update stock movement in systems/registers
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries
Handle dispatch-related issues, shortages, or damages
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Supervise dispatch staff and loaders, if applicable
