Plan daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production availability.
Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Allocate vehicles and drivers based on route, load, and priority.
2. Operations & Supervision
Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure accuracy and safety.
Verify order quantities, packaging, and labeling before dispatch.
Monitor vehicle movement and track deliveries until completion.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and verify all dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport permits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards.
4. Communication & Coordination
Provide dispatch updates to sales teams and customers.
Handle customer queries related to delivery schedules or delays.
5. Issue Handling
Resolve issues related to vehicle delays, documentation errors, shortages, or damages.
Initiate corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring problems.
