Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage the dispatch process of pumps and related products from the manufacturing unit to clients and distributors. Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipment of products according to delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, inventory, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatches. Prepare and verify all dispatch documentation including delivery challans, invoices, and shipment tracking details. Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid delays in dispatches. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of pumps to prevent damage during transit. Track and resolve any shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies in the delivery process. Maintain and update dispatch records and reports for management review. Liaise with transporters and vendors for smooth and cost-effective logistics operations. Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during dispatch activities. Supervise and train dispatch team members to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in dispatch management within a manufacturing environment (preferably pumps or engineering products). Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch software, and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a dispatch team.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
