Dispatch Head

to handle

complete dispatch and logistics operations

, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily dispatches as per production and sales schedules

Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers

Ensure dispatch only after QC clearance and proper packaging

Monitor dispatch records, stock movement, and pending deliveries

Supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and helpers

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Sales teams

Submit daily dispatch reports and highlight delays/issues

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in dispatch/logistics operations (manufacturing background mandatory)

Strong knowledge of e-way bill and dispatch documentation

Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, ERP preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience Required

3-6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations

Manufacturing or industrial or logistic experience required
