Job Description

Core Responsibilities



Logistics Coordination:

Scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments with transporters to ensure on-time delivery.

Documentation & Accuracy:

Preparing, checking, and verifying all dispatch paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventories, and ensuring proper packaging to prevent damages.

Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for customers, providing shipment status updates, and resolving inquiries regarding delays or discrepancies.

Compliance & Reporting:

Enforcing company safety policies, maintaining accurate records, and generating MIS reports on logistics performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:

Generally 1-4 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory management systems.

Core Abilities:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
