We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Dispatch Officer

to join our team at Yes2Print. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery process, managing stock, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver items to customers by verifying orders and ensuring accurate dispatch. Maintain and inventory stock regularly. Arrange transportation and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery. Organize orders with attention to pricing, promotions, and weight compliance. Plan and expedite shipments based on inventory levels and delivery needs. Verify shipping details--match items with bills of lading, check quantities, and report discrepancies. Keep customers updated with item availability, shipment status, and delivery methods. Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, promotions, POs, and credit-related information.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple dispatches. Trustworthy and discreet with confidential company information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
