Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the

overall material dispatch process

for elevator components and finished goods. Verify

customer orders

and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Plan dispatch schedules based on

priority, delivery deadlines, and route optimization

. Coordinate with

transporters and logistics providers

for daily shipment execution. Ensure all items are properly

packed, labeled, documented

, and dispatched in line with company standards. Generate and manage

dispatch documents

, including challans, invoices, and transport receipts. Match and verify shipments with

bills of lading

, and handle discrepancies or quantity mismatches. Maintain dispatch records in

ERP/SAP or Excel

and update inventory accordingly. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding

dispatch status, delivery timelines

, and logistics issues. Ensure

safe loading, handling, and transportation

of all dispatched materials. Adhere to company procedures and maintain

confidentiality of dispatch and customer information

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
