Job Description

A seasoned Dispatch Executive with over 10-14 years of hands-on experience in logistics and dispatch operations within the injection molding plastics industry, holding a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. This professional is responsible for managing the complete dispatch process, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of finished goods in alignment with production schedules and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include preparation and verification of dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills, while ensuring full compliance with GST and other statutory regulations. The role involves daily coordination with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to confirm product readiness, as well as managing transport logistics to optimize vehicle utilization and on-time delivery. With extensive knowledge of ERP systems and best practices in inventory and dispatch management, this individual ensures FIFO compliance, maintains accurate dispatch records and proof of delivery, and communicates proactively with customers to provide delivery updates. Demonstrating strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence, they also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline dispatch processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
