Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Hirapur, Raipur
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch operations in our steel manufacturing/trading unit. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily dispatch activities for steel products (TMT, sheets, coils, structures, etc.)
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams
Maintain dispatch register, stock-out entries, and vehicle movement records
Ensure accurate weighing, packaging, and loading of steel materials
Track deliveries and maintain proper communication with transporters
Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure timely dispatch planning
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in the dispatch area
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (steel industry preferred)
Good knowledge of dispatch documentation & transport coordination
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
