Job Description

We are seeking a

Dispatch Executive

who is

fluent in Somali (Af-Soomaali)

to support our USA-based trucking dispatch operations.

Language fluency is our top priority.

All other dispatch-related experience or skills are considered a plus, and training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Requirement (Must-Have):

Fluency in and Somali (Af-Soomaali) English

- both spoken and written

Preferred Requirements (Not Mandatory):

Experience in dispatch operations, load booking, or trucking logistics Familiarity with tools like

Skybitz

,

Samsara

, or similar GPS/dispatch software Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle real-time operational issues

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and internal teams in both Somali and English.

Assist in load booking, planning, and real-time dispatch coordination Monitor and track shipments using dispatch tools Maintain accurate logs and ensure smooth shift handovers
