The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of finished goods efficiently and accurately. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with production, logistics, and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Dispatch Operations
Plan, organize, and manage daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch schedules based on production output and customer requirements.
Ensure materials are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately. Documentation & Records
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and related documents.
Maintain records of dispatched goods, shipment details, and vendor/customer logs.
Update dispatch data in Excel/ERP systems. Coordination
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Follow up with transporters for vehicle availability and shipment tracking.
Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status, delivery timelines, and any delays. Quality & Compliance
Ensure correct materials and quantities are dispatched as per customer orders.
Inspect packages for damages, labeling, and correctness before dispatch.
Maintain proper storage and dispatch area hygiene and safety standards. Skills & Qualifications
1 3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates living in or near Sriperambadur preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing, printing, or industrial units is an advantage.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a dispatch/warehouse environment.
