Ensure timely and accurate execution of all sales orders as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule dispatches efficiently.
Vehicle Arrangement:
Organize and arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch as per the load and route requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation rules.
Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor the movement of goods and address any issues promptly.
Customer Communication:
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of dispatch details, including invoices, challans, and delivery acknowledgments.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities and submit them to the manager.
Coordination:
Work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle last-minute changes in dispatch plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
Other Duties:
Assist in any additional tasks related to dispatch, transportation, and order execution as needed.
