Should have experience in pre engineering steel fabrication company


Handling overall dispatch of finish goods on Customer schedule plan erations with a view to ensure

timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters. Response of all entry

through MRR and GRN.


Preparing Dispatch note, Invoice, MRR & GRN.


Managing critical material supply / over supply for assigned commodities including appropriate

communication and elevation of problems / plans and strategies to management.


Identifying scope for cost saving by decreasing rotation of number of vehicles.


Daily production meetings to analyze Criticality against customer demand.


Releasing dispatch plan to production department on customer schedule on daily.


Attained a key role reduction in raw material inventory at shop floor.


Co-coordinating with customers for schedule requirements as well responsible for communications with

Internal Agencies/ Departments.

IN STORE:-


Daily physical inventory of Steel fabrication of pre engineering line.


Daily report by mailing for excess and shortage separately.


Consumable item issue and also taking shortage of consumable item.


GRN creation.

RECIPT:-

Responsible for complete Receiving process for incoming material.

Identification and physical verification.

Responsible for store inventory control.

P.G. Diploma in Materials Management/Mechanical engineering /B.tech

Experience 3 years to 10 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,346.74 - ₹23,528.57 per month
