Key Requirements:
Must know dispatching inside out

load booking & planning during the mentioned hours (06:30 PM-3:30 AM ; 01:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
Familiarity with dispatch tools like
Skybitz
and
Samsara
preferred
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor dispatch operations.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and field teams
Resolve operational issues in real-time
Maintain accurate records and logs
Ensure smooth shift handovers and customer satisfaction
