1) Client Company : Packaging Industry
2) Position : Dispatch Executive
3) Experience Required : 4+ years
4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 20000 PM to 30000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge
5) Job Location : Changodar, Ahmedabad
6) :

Working Hours / Shift 8 hours - General shift + overtime in case of dispatches / loading after 5 pm

Other requirements Should have own vehicle

Responsibility

1. To prepare a list of ready for dispatch goods as also goods under finishing

operations.

2. To also plan dispatches considering emergency and optimizing freight charges.

3. To make invoice, eway bill, export invoice.

4. To co-ordinate andfinalise the vehicle ensuring optimum load.

5. To check the packing of the material and carefully load the exact quantity of the

material after ensuring that there is no damage.

6. Acknowledged invoice copies to be collected from the transporter.

7. LR copies to be collected from the transporter in case of outstation dispatches.

8. Shipping bills to be collected in case of exports.
