Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of products to clients and distributors.
Manage logistics, track shipments, and update delivery schedules.
Liaise with transporters, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain records of dispatched goods, inventory, and delivery receipts.
Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
Assist in planning routes and optimizing delivery processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to fulfill orders accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/dispatch software.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
