The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating dispatch operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of goods. This role involves monitoring dispatch schedules, coordinating with internal departments, transporters, and customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch operations to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and customer acknowledgments.
Liaise with transporters and negotiate to optimize cost and efficiency.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and provide timely updates.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and safety norms.
Report daily dispatch status and any delays/issues to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and transportation.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and dispatch-related software.
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce).
2-4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
