We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive - Dispatch to manage and coordinate the dispatch of goods and deliveries efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure timely shipment, proper documentation, and seamless communication between the warehouse, delivery team, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Plan and schedule delivery routes in the most efficient way.
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Communicate effectively with warehouse, transport partners, and customers to resolve issues.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for restocking if necessary.
Generate reports on dispatch performance, delays, and delivery metrics.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of logistics and dispatch management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination.
Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing dispatch operations is a plus.
