Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing the timely dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring accuracy in documentation, packaging, and transportation. The role focuses on smooth outbound logistics, compliance with company procedures, and coordination with internal teams and transporters.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Logistics

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders. Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of materials. Coordinate with transporters, courier services, and logistics partners. Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation

Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and LR copies. Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / dispatch registers. Ensure compliance with statutory and company documentation requirements.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for order readiness. Communicate dispatch details to customers and internal stakeholders. Handle customer queries related to shipment status or delays.
Inventory & Quality Support

Ensure dispatched materials meet quality and quantity requirements. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies before dispatch. Assist in stock verification and inventory control activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
