Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Should manage all the dispatches smoothly by mode Road, Sea & Air.

Co-ordinate with Production about Dispatch dates of orders and plan dispatch well in advance.

Co-ordinate with Transporter for dispatched for by road, By air and by sea shipments.

Arrange Vehicle by calling Vehicle provider or arrange in house vehicle to dispatch the material.

Arrange Carton Labels for dispatch which should be matched with any customised label if buyer has asked and confirm the same label with Sales Team.

Make sure Cartons are properly Taped, Strapped and wrapped to send material without any damage.

Make sure to arrange Loaders well in advance from in house staff or from external service providers.

Making sure that material is getting loaded without any damage.

In Case, of palletization, arrange pallets and packers well in advance as per dispatch schedule.

Clicking pictures and videos of loaded material and store the same in system as a proof of loading.

Tracking of goods till it reaches to the destination.

For export shipments, making sure that all procedures are getting followed as per instructions and compliances.

Making sure that not a single carton is misplaced or wrongly stuffed.

Keeping track record carton number wise and vehicle wise.

Qualifications required:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with

healthcare professionals.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Should have good negotiation power

Should have ability and desire for Territory manager profile with confident and

determined approach

Should be self-motived and ambitious in achieving goals

Should be skilled to work both in team and on individual basis

Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets

Should be able to escalate company norms to the executives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
