Shift Timing:

5:00 PM IST - 3:00 AM IST (US Shift, Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a

female Dispatch Executive

to join our Carrier Department in Vadodara. This full-time, onsite position involves coordinating and managing truck dispatch schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers, and optimizing fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch carriers efficiently.

Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

Support the Carrier Department in operations.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience required (freshers are also welcome to apply).

Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software is an advantage.

Female candidates preferred.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
