Are you eager to join us as a Warehouse Executive for our Heat Exchanger products, taking ownership of inspecting incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality, and ensuring items are properly sorted, labeled, and stored in their designated locations?
What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and care, while always seeking safer and more efficient ways of handling products.
Perform regular inventory checks with curiosity to identify gaps, update records, and improve accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and embracing 5S practices.
Collaborate openly with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to achieve factory goals, while learning and growing together.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff by assigning tasks, coaching, and supporting their continuous development.
Monitor daily KPIs, plan warehouse activities, and explore opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Build your expertise in ERP/SAP systems, audits, and equipment maintenance while developing innovative ideas that reduce downtime and strengthen overall efficiency.
What We're Looking For
B.Com/M.Com graduate from a recognized institute, with a strong foundation in warehouse and store functions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations within manufacturing industries, with a willingness to expand expertise further.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
Flexible to work in off-shifts and weekends when required, showing adaptability and commitment to business needs.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems, including building expertise in SAP.
Exposure to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is an added advantage.
