We are looking for a reliable and organized

Dispatch Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing parcels accurately, coordinating courier pickups, and maintaining stock data for all dispatched items. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack orders carefully and securely for dispatch Label and prepare parcels for courier pickup Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and stock movement Update dispatch and inventory data in tracking systems or spreadsheets Ensure packing area is clean, organized, and operating efficiently Communicate with team members regarding dispatch schedules or issues Assist with basic stock management and inventory counting when needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatch, packaging, or logistics preferred Ability to handle packing tasks with speed and accuracy Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.) Good organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift and move boxes/packages when needed
