Plan, schedule, and dispatch goods/vehicles as per delivery timelines and customer requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, transporters, and customer service teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Monitor live dispatches, track vehicle movement, and resolve delays or issues in real-time.
Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain all related documentation (invoices, challans, gate passes, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards during dispatch.
Maintain records of shipments, delivery status, and customer feedback.
Handle any last-minute changes or urgent delivery requirements.
Work closely with transport vendors and manage relationships to ensure reliable service.
Optimize dispatch schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations (industry-specific experience is a plus)
Familiarity with route planning, fleet management, and delivery tracking tools
