Job Description

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and efficient inventory management. The role requires close coordination with production, quality control, sales, and logistics teams to maintain seamless outbound operations within the printing and packaging environment.

Required Education: Any Graduate with min 3 to 5 Years Experience as Dispatch Executive Profile in Printing and Packaging Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule dispatches based on production output and customer requirements. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods. Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, packing lists, etc.). Maintain accurate dispatch records and update inventory management systems. Communicate with transporters, couriers, and logistic partners for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for packaging, labeling, and transporting goods. Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or documentation errors. Assist in managing warehouse stock levels, including FIFO management and inventory reconciliation. Liaise with customers and the sales team for dispatch schedules, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback. Conduct regular audits of dispatch operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
