Process daily e-commerce/Quick commerce orders for dispatch as per SLA timelines
Coordinate with warehouse/packing team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents
Ensure orders are dispatched through the correct courier or delivery partner
Track dispatched orders and update shipment status in the system
Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, delays, or issues
Handle return (RTO) and replacement shipments
Maintain dispatch records, reports, and inventory movement logs
Verify quantities, product condition, and packaging before dispatch
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and e-commerce platform guidelines
Communicate with customer support for order-related issues
Support stock reconciliation and daily dispatch audits
