UTL Solar is hiring a

Dispatch Executive

for our

manufacturing plant in Dadri

. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual with

1-3 years of experience

in dispatch operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch activities and outgoing shipments Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries Maintain dispatch records, stock register, and shipment tracking Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials Handle customer and dealer dispatch-related queries Coordinate with store, production, and sales teams for dispatch planning Maintain compliance with dispatch protocols and company SOPs

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software preferred Good coordination and communication skills in

Hindi

(basic

English

preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiar with dispatch documentation and transport coordination
