Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
manual challans
for each dispatch.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and customers for smooth delivery.
Track orders until successful delivery and update status regularly.
Maintain proper records of received and dispatched goods.
Communicate effectively with the team and ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum: 12th pass).
0-2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or related roles.
Basic knowledge of documentation and manual record-keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
