Job Role - Dispatch Executive Job Location: Sonale, Thale Compound, Bhiwandi Desired Candidate Profile o Relevant experience & Industry: From Textile sector only o Years of Experience: 2-3 years Desired Candidate Profile o Knowledge and experience of inventory management o Good knowledge of fabrics and patterns o A go-getter with good follow-up techniques o Well organized o Knowledge of using computers - Email, ERP, MS- word, Excel, powerpoint o Knows to read and write in English o Takes initiative o Team player o Good communication skills Responsibilities and Duties 1. Assist in timely dispatch of goods as per plan 2. Ensure quality standards of goods as per American 4-point system 3. Daily update of inventories in ERP, making of sales order and purchase order, record books (paperwork) 4. Assist in Daily maintenance of ledger in computer of the sampling inventory, design-wise. 5. Sourcing cost effective stationery for office 6. Timely escalation of issues to the reporting authority with regards to deliveries, quality etc 7. Crisis management 8. Negotiation with transport and courier companies 9. Sending email communication to clients regarding dispatch.
