We are hiring a

Dispatch & Delivery Executive

to manage end-to-end delivery operations, coordination with logistics partners, and warehouse dispatch workflows. This is a key role ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, inventory movement, and documentation within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery timelines Handle documentation including invoices, challans, gate passes, and shipment tracking Liaise with transport vendors and delivery agents for smooth order execution Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper packaging and labelling Monitor stock movement and update records in inventory/ERP systems Report any delays, delivery issues, or warehouse discrepancies

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations Strong understanding of B2B/B2C delivery systems and courier coordination Good communication and team collaboration skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, logistics software, or ERP tools Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work on-ground
