We are looking for an individual to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer orders from start to finish -- picking products from the warehouse, packing them securely, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate stock updates. This person will be a key link between warehouse activities and online order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
: Process daily online orders from all sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.).
Picking & Packing
: Collect ordered products from the warehouse shelves, check quality, and pack them as per company standards for delivery.
Dispatch & Handover
: Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
Inventory Control
: Regularly update stock levels in the system; notify management about low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Returns & Replacements
: Assist in handling returned items, checking product condition, and updating inventory accordingly.
Record Keeping
: Maintain logs of daily orders, packed items, dispatched shipments, and stock movement.
Coordination
: Work closely with the operations/management team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
