Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatch of goods/orders as per timelines.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track shipments and provide status updates to sales/customer service teams.
Ensure accurate documentation - invoices, challans, e-way bills, dispatch slips.
Handle transport arrangements (vehicles, freight, couriers) at optimal cost.
Resolve delays, shortages, or damages through effective follow up with vendors/transporters.
Assist in improving efficiency of supply chain and on-time delivery rates.
Qualifications:
Master/Bachelor's in Marketing related field with 0-2 years of experience
