The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing the dispatch of goods, services, and personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize the delivery process and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and assign deliveries, ensuring that invoices are sent out to customers or job sites on time.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with Courier, customers and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Documentation: Prepare and process dispatch documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Tracking: Monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
Problem Resolution: Handle delivery issues such as delays, damages, or returns by providing solutions quickly.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery status, Tracking file and customer communications.
Customer Service: Ensure that all dispatches meet customer requirements and expectations.
Compliance: Ensure that all deliveries comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
