We have requirement of dispatch Billing Supervisor for our Plant .

Location: Sonadongri Raipur CG

Salary: 15000/- to 25000/- PM

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Com/Graduate

Skills: Tally, Billing

Brief Job Duties

Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues that arise Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to dispatch operations Supervise and support a team of dispatchers, providing guidance and training as needed Coordinating the transportation needs of riders with the vehicles in service Dispatching trip requests to drivers so that drivers can arrive at the passenger pickup address on time o Following the rider booking policy o Acting as troubleshooter for driver problems o Monitoring and updating driver and/or vehicle locations Monitoring late trips and proactively reassigning trips to maintain on-time performance Creating processes as required or requested to ensure smooth service delivery and sustainability of business Assisting passengers with trip changes or trip requests including same day ride requests Checking on status of drivers Handling emergency situations
