Preparation and execution of daily dispatch plans, ensuring that orders are dispatched accurately & on schedule.
Prepare Sale Invoices (GST invoice), E-Way Bills & Stock transfer Invoices.
Maintain and oversee all documentation related to dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the finished goods warehouse, ensuring optimal organization and readiness for dispatch.
Provide comprehensive daily reports on dispatch activities and maintain transparent material tracking updates for marketing representatives.
