Punch orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on channel requirements for Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and Offline channels.
Inventory Visibility:
Ensure accurate inventory tracking across warehouses and bins, providing real-time information to channel teams for order creation

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with channel teams to schedule appointments and work with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, including last-mile connections with Field Executives (FEs) and customers.
RTO/RTV Pickup:
Manage returns-to-origin (RTO) or returns-to-vendor (RTV) processes, including coordinating with logistics for returns to the warehouse.
Sales Data Tracking:
Track and update primary sales data, keeping channel owners informed of order statuses and pending actions.
Issue Resolution:
Track and resolve issues related to RTO/RTV, shortages, damage, expiry, rate mismatches, case mismatches, or incorrect product/destination deliveries, providing data and insights to channel owners.
Listing Information:
Provide channel teams with necessary listing details such as MRP, case size, barcode, and HSN code.
Finance Coordination:
Collaborate with the finance team to provide Credit Notes (CN) or shortage, damage, expiry, RTO cases, or rate discrepancies.
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Quick Commerce and E-Commerce operations is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience in working with logistics and finance teams is an advantage.
