Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing the dispatch of finished products to customers and distributors, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely dispatch of products

- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient transportation

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including documentation and tracking

- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to dispatches

- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure smooth transportation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch/ logistics

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
